Moix RV Supercenter
Moix Recreational Vehicles began in October of 1976 as North Plaza Trailer Sales located in downtown Conway. Frank Moix started North Plaza Trailer Sales as a one person operation out of the back of a Sirloins Stockade Steakhouse. The business continued to grow, and through the years it occupied several different locations around the city of Conway, including two restaurants and a gas station. On January 3, 1986, North Plaza Trailer Sales was renamed Moix Recreational Vehicles.
In August of 1987, a semi-tractor came off Interstate 40 and struck the gas station that Moix Recreational Vehicles was leasing, forcing a move to our current location on Collier Drive. We purchased the property on Collier and began construction immediately, actually finishing and moving in in January of 1988. Moix RV shared the new location with The Waterbed Warehouse, which was owned and operated by Mary Jane Moix. The furniture operation continues to this day, although on a much smaller scale.
